YoshTriz Studios (“YoshTriz Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains how 3D Forge collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the 3D Forge
application and related services.

Depending on how you use 3D Forge, we may collect:

• Display name
• Password information stored as a secure password hash
• Information associated with an OAuth sign-in provider, if you choose to sign in using one
3D-printing and workshop information
• Printer information
• Print orders and order details
• Workshop-related information you enter into the app
Financial records
• Income and expense records
• Amounts, categories, descriptions, payees, and payment-method information you enter
• Order references and related notes
Mileage records
• Mileage amounts
• Trip purposes and notes
Receipt images
• Photos of receipts that you choose to upload
• Receipt images are stored privately and associated with your account

Subscription and payment information
3D Forge offers subscription features through supported payment providers. Depending on how you
subscribe, payment processing may involve Google Play or Stripe.
We may receive or process information such as subscription status, product or plan identifiers,
transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, and subscription dates as necessary to verify and manage
subscriptions.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card number through 3D Forge.
Technical information
Our services may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure,
authenticate, and deliver the app and its services. This may include information such as device, browser,
network, session, and service-related information.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Provide the features of 3D Forge
• Store and display your printing, financial, mileage, and workshop records
• Store and display receipt images you choose to upload
• Provide reminders and notifications you request
• Process and verify subscriptions
• Provide customer support
• Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service
• Detect and prevent unauthorized activity, abuse, or security problems
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
3D Forge relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality. Depending on the features you
use, these services may include:
• Floot — hosting, application infrastructure, authentication, and related backend services
• Google Play — Android app distribution and Google Play subscriptions
• Stripe — web-based subscription payment processing
• OAuth providers — if you choose to use an available third-party sign-in option
• Notification and infrastructure providers — as necessary to deliver requested app functionality
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Receipt Images and Uploaded Content
Receipt images that you upload are stored privately for use within your account. You should avoid
uploading documents containing information that is not necessary for your use of the app.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against
unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so we cannot guarantee that information
will always remain completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain account and app information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service,
maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated information as described below.
Account Deletion
3D Forge provides an account-deletion option.
When an account is deleted, information associated with that account is deleted from the application
according to our deletion procedures, subject to information that we may be required or permitted to
retain for legal, security, financial, or other legitimate purposes.
Deleting your 3D Forge account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through
Google Play or another payment provider. You should cancel an active subscription through the
applicable payment provider before deleting your account.
If you cannot access your account and need to request deletion, contact us using the information below.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Children's Privacy
3D Forge is a general-purpose productivity and workshop application. It is not designed specifically for
children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you
believe a child has provided personal information to us in a manner that violates applicable
requirements, please contact us.
Your Choices
Depending on the features you use, you may be able to:
• Access and update information stored in your account
• Delete information through available app features
• Delete your account
• Manage notification preferences
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable payment provider
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the
effective date shown at the top of this page.
